Description:The Assistant Concierge Manager delivers excellent guest services. He/She greets guests and assists them with transportation, dining, and entertainment requests in a professional and courteous manner. The Assistant Concierge Manager should be able to use the Property Management System to aid in his/her job functions. He/She should have knowledge of local city streets, dining venues, and major attractions. He/She also stays updated on local events and property’s events.The Assistant Concierge Marrakech should be a pleasant, approachable and friendly individual who can converse well. He/She has a good command of English and often knows a second language. He/She is also someone who is able to thrive in a fast-paced work setting. He/She has to work in shifts and perform admin duties when needed.The Assistant Concierge Marrakech should be able to assist guests with luggage deliveries and storage, and room changes. He/She also has to handle feedback from guests and other departments and report them to the Front Office Manager.
