The Bid Coordinator will:
- Contribute to the preparation of RFI/RFP answers, Commercial offers and Oral Defenses
- Assist the Bid Manager in finalizing commercial offers (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) according to the brand guidelines, based on a predefined content
- Maintain a pre-defined scope of commercial and marketing documentation, according to the directives of the group
- Contribute to the content creation of commercial and marketing materials as required
- Consolidate sections and/or documents developed by others team members into the required tender format
- Work closely with the different regions and departments to support creating and updating commercial material (Training, Quality, IT, HR, Marketing, Legal/finance, Clusters and production teams)
- Assemble data and documentations linked to the commercial and marketing tools to enrich the shared library
- Develop, maintain and update internal bid library and different documents used in the sales team
- Graduate of University, Business School, or Engineering school, with a solid experience in project management and mandatory experience as operations manager or equivalent within the support functions
- Fluent in English and French (C1). Good level of Spanish is a plus
- Very strong MS Office / Google Office skills (certification a great advantage)
- Good business knowledge and understanding of operational processes
- Meticulous and strong attention to details
- Good writing skills
- Capacity to formalize clear messages and keep things simple
- Very good ability to manage deadlines
- Able to create and maintain very good relationships with operations and support services
