- Prepare and validate payroll data for external payroll processing
- Monitor and administer Time & Attendance systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance
- Generate and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and scorecards
- Handle routine HR inquiries and ensure timely resolution
- Conduct HR transactions including leave management, and exit processes
- Process HRIS transactions with a focus on data integrity and quality
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records in accordance with internal policies and legal requirements
- Serve as the first point of contact for HR policies, processes, and self-service tools, escalating when needed
- Develop and maintain clear documentation for procedures and reporting processes
- Analyze HR data to identify trends, perform root-cause analysis, and suggest process improvements
- Ensure compliance with personnel administration standards and contribute to consistent employee experience
