This executive role goes far beyond accounting—it's a strategic position that demands leadership across budgeting, investor relations, taxation, and multi-entity financial operations.You'll play a critical role in shaping financial governance and business decision-making as they scale operations locally and internationally.Core Responsibilities1. Strategic Finance & Leadership· Drive long-term financial planning aligned with business strategy· Oversee capital budgeting, performance metrics, and risk management· Develop financial and tax strategies, lead treasury and investor relations· Serve as a financial advisor to the Executive Director and senior management2. Governance, Compliance & Internal Controls· Ensure compliance with Moroccan and IFRS accounting standards· Maintain robust systems of internal controls and audit readiness· Oversee legal, tax, and corporate governance matters across entities· Document and enforce accounting policies and procedures3. Operational Finance & Team Management· Lead all finance operations across accounting, reporting, and treasury· Design an optimal org structure within the finance function· Supervise financial operations of subsidiaries and foreign entities· Manage outsourced functions and vendor relationships4. Transaction Oversight· Ensure timely processing of AP, AR, payroll, and debt servicing· Lead financing activities, including debt/equity arrangements· Maintain accurate financial records, reconciliations, and documentation systems5. Reporting & Decision Support· Issue accurate and timely financial statements and dashboards· Lead budget planning and forecasting processes· Analyze variances and report on operational KPIs and performance drivers· Support commercial decisions, capital investments, pricing, and negotiations· Coordinate the preparation of corporate annual reports and investor materials
