
Moroccan Cook, Chef Female - (for Qatari family)

- Plan, prepare, and serve authentic Moroccan dishes that meet the family's preferences and nutritional requirements
- Develop diverse weekly menus incorporating both traditional Moroccan cuisine and Qatari influences
- Source and select high-quality, fresh ingredients from local markets and suppliers in Rabat
- Maintain the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation in the kitchen
- Manage kitchen inventory, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste
- Collaborate with other household staff to ensure seamless meal service
- Adapt recipes and cooking techniques to accommodate any dietary restrictions or allergies
- Prepare special meals for family events and gatherings as required
- Proven experience as a Moroccan chef, preferably in private households or high-end restaurants
- Extensive knowledge of Moroccan culinary traditions, techniques, and flavor profiles
- Familiarity with Qatari cuisine and dietary preferences
- Strong skills in menu planning, food preparation, and presentation
- Excellent understanding of food safety principles and hygiene practices
- Proficiency in operating and maintaining various kitchen equipment
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering consistently high-quality meals
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexibility to adjust cooking styles and menus based on family preferences
- Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred
- Current food safety certification required
- Fluency in Arabic and/or French is highly desirable
- Willingness to be discreet and maintain confidentiality
