As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing an operational team within an international project. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to drive performance and maintain quality.Your role

Daily supervision of a team of employees
Monitoring performance, KPIs, and quality metrics
Coaching and motivating team members
Improving processes and workflows
Reporting to the Operations Manager
Acting as a liaison between the team in Tangier and international teams

Your profile

Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role
Strong communication and organizational skills
Experience with performance management and reporting
Fluent in Dutch and English (French is a plus)
Hands-on attitude and problem-solving mindset
Flexible, reliable, and result-oriented
