- La production et les infrastructures (Ingénierie, Assistance Technique infogérance, architecture systèmes et réseaux, sécurité, cyber sécurité , Digital…)
- L’Informatique Décisionnelle et BIG DATA (Architecture(Avant-vente/POC/ Pilotage Projet) , Développement, Expertise (Hadoop,NoSQL, …))
- Collaborate with the operational managers to collect and consolidate data to prepare budget and forecast.
- Update the budget tool monthly (rolling forecast) especially on staff costs
- Challenge the operational managers on their figures to guarantee accuracy of figures compared to the operational reality.
- Collaborate with financial controller to explain the variations and alert in case of discrepancies.
- Support operational managers in creating activities, tasks and assigning resources.
- Guarantee 100% of time tracking by end of each month (send reminders).
- Coordinate the monthly rework campaign and gap analysis (Actuals Vs Budget)

- Process end-to-end monitoring
- Coordinating & synchronizing with stakeholders
- On/Off-boarding process follow- up
- Vendors creation
- PR creation
- Good receipt management
- Follow up with different stakeholders
- Deliver monthly reporting (KPIs and comments) to manage the monitoring activities
- Share status to the product lines and products managers.
- Prepare communications to various types of stakeholders and different contexts
- Bachelor’s or master’s Degree D.
- 3 to 5 years of expertise in operational controlling or Project Management Officer role or similar
- Financial background or work expertise
- Drive or assist context(s) involving multiple worldwide teams and various stakeholder
- Financial acumen (actual, forecast, analysis)
- Strong capability of analysis and synthesis
- Work environment: English ( Fluent ) & French
- Good level on MS Office suite: Excel (pivot table, vlookup,…), PowerPoint, PeopleSoft is a +.
