Strong French and English communication skills, both verbal and written,arerequiredKey duties:Successful candidate is expected to:
  • Have a strong expertise on bacterial culture
  • Expertise in applied microbiology and bioprocesses.
  • Proficiency in fermentation techniques and microbial formulation.
  • Skills in physicochemical, biochemical, and microbiological analysis.
  • Ability to design and conduct experiments.
  • Aptitude for teamwork and collaboration with researchers and farmers
  • Publish the results of personal and sponsored research in international journals referred to by his/her peers.
Profil recherché :Criteria of the candidate:
  • Engineering degree or PhD in microbial biotechnology, applied microbiology, or bioprocesses.
  • Experience in microorganism production and formulation.
  • Knowledge of current regulations in the field of biofertilizers and biostimulants.
  • Ability to generate new ideas, links, and to build upon existing ideas to generate good concepts and solutions to the development of sustainable agriculture
  • High publication record in leading international and well ranked journals
