Key Responsibilities will include meeting KPIs, resolving major customer issues and driving our brand values in your team to ensure we deliver our famous customer service!Benefits:

Senior management experience (Tour Operation, Destination or Hotel Operation management is essential)
Excellent stakeholder and leadership skills
Experience in team development & performance management
Ability to perform under pressure in a fast moving & diverse operation
Strong IT skills and the ability to interpret data and MI
High level of attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Already hold the full right to work documentation required for Morocco.
Possess a full and valid driving license and have your own car & accommodation
