Chemical process
Fertilizers manufacturing
Biomass valorization and bioformulation

The successful candidate is expected to provide high technical and scientific expertise in the field of organo-mineral fertilizer development, bioformulation and process optimization, composting and anaerobic digestion techniques, and process prototyping and upscaling. She/he will contribute to the development of new processes and products in the field of organo-mineral fertilizers and soil conditioners.Key duties and responsibilities

Design new chemical and biochemical processes
Conduct experiments for optimizing the production processes of mineral and organo-mineral fertilizers and amendments
Write technical reports and scientific papers
Supervision of undergraduate students
Actively participate in interdisciplinary research team activities

Profil recherché :Qualifications and experience

Engineering degree in chemical process, biochemical process, or related fields
2 years experience in research and development activity
Experience in industrial environment is desired
Strong methodological and multidisciplinary skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and French
