Please contact us to request accommodation.Roles & Responsibilities:The Product Owner is a hybrid role, encompasses duties spanning across the traditional Product Owner and Scrum Master roles. Working closely with the Product Manager and the Development Team, the Product Owner ensures that the Product Vision and features are divided into achievable work packages which deliver maximum value and take ownership for its delivery.Understanding cloud technologies and agile software development lifecycle is a must, and the ideal candidate will be an exceptionally strong communicator, both written and verbally, along with a proven history of leading large-scale software development projects.This hybrid role, encompasses duties spanning across the traditional Product Owner and Scrum Master role, including:

Collaborate with Product Managers to define a clear Product Vision & Roadmap.
Breakdown key product features into deliverable work packages on the Product Backlog.
Work with the Product Manager to prioritize the Product Backlog to deliver maximum value.
Own the Sprint Backlog and facilitate Sprint Planning with the Development Team.
Facilitate Scrum Ceremonies.
Collate Stakeholder feedback and turn this into deliverable work packages.
Say No, understand when it is right for the Product and the Team to push back and say no.
Work with the PMO to drive products through compliance procedures in preparation for release.
Identify and report on key KPI's and release forecasting for the Product/s.
Deliver Projects within the agreed timeframes and budget.

Must Have Skills:

5+ Years' experience leading software product development in an Agile environment, from design to release.
BS or MS degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience of cloud technologies and delivering software applications in this field.
Excellent stakeholder relationship building & management skills (Up to VP Level).
Excellent communication skills, written, verbal and presentation.
Experienced in planning and delivering complex programs to committed timelines.
Independent self-starter who takes ownership and drives execution.
Experience using tools, such as Jira, to manage the Product Backlog and report key KPI's.

Preferred Skills:

Certified Scrum Product Owner (Or equivalent Agile certification)
Certified Scrum Master (Or equivalent Agile certification).
PMP or PMI-ACP Certification.
Experience working with Governmental Departments is a plus.
Experience of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and Oracle APEX are a plus.
