  • 6-8 years in IT project business, with at least 3 years in leadership roles
  • Hands-on experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Rovo AI) ideally
  • Knowledge in ITSM and Cloud Migrations is a strong plus
  • Proven track record in building and developing teams, including recruitment and people management
  • Experience in setting up new business units or locations is highly desirable
  • Darija (Moroccan Arabic): Native fluency
  • French: Business fluent
  • English: Business fluent
  • German: Nice to have, not mandatory
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, strong decision-making, and structured working style
  • High sense of ownership, proactivity, and solution-oriented thinking
  • Strong intercultural competence, bridging European management and Moroccan work culture
  • Excellent communication skills, leadership mindset, and hands-on mentality during setup phase
