• Proven experience as a Data Engineer, with a strong track record in designing, building, and maintaining data pipelines and architectures.
• Expertise in modern data engineering tools and technologies (e.g., Spark, Kafka, Hadoop, Python, SQL, cloud platforms like AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Strong understanding of AI/ML workflows and their integration with data engineering processes.
• Experience conducting technical interviews and assessing technical competencies.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills to provide clear feedback to internal teams.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

• Previous experience in supporting recruitment or candidate assessment for technical roles.
• Familiarity with emerging trends and technologies in Data Engineering and AI.
