- Booking related to Goods
- Ensuring the good receipt and service entry on time.
- Good receipt and Invoice receipt (GRIR) Cleaning.
- Weekly reporting - payments due, queries, debit balances etc.
- Ensure that all ongoing monthly expenses are processed timeously
- Making tests when required
- Analyse and support to prepare KPI reports, working closely with the Finance colleague for processes and Knowledge improvement
- Ensure the upload of all corporate cards' expenses on SAP on time
- Creating, blocking, or amending the GL accounts on MDG.
- Cost centres' templates' creation
- Deliver all reports related to Management accounting
- Non-Trade Business Transactions (NTBTs): Responsible for correctly requesting, processing, documenting, and filing of intercompany Non-Trade Business Transactions (NTBTs) for tax audit purposes
- Ensure the correctness of manual postings or adjustments
- Ensure the check of products costing and confirm the deviation with alignment of responsible department on monthly basis.
- A degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance
- Minimum 3 -5 years' experience in general accounting/management accounting role.
- IT Skills: Good level in SAP, M3, Excel
- Proficient level in French, Arabic and English
- Team player, Positive Attitude
