- Represent the Project Management function in bids, advising on risks and leveraging historical insights for own and direct reports' projects.
- Lead customer kick-off meetings to confirm contractual details and address issues, ensuring alignment with project teams.
- Initiate internal cross-functional project kick-offs, achieving consensus on the project's scope, schedule, and commercials.
- Collaborate with the Supply Chain team to ensure cost-effective and low-risk solutions for successful contract execution.
- Proactively execute projects according to agreed scope, schedule, and budget, overseeing documentation schedules and leading cross-functional teams.
- Manage commercial aspects, lead customer visits, coordinate acceptance tests, and capture lessons learned for continuous improvement.).
- Prior Project Management experience in the engineered-product B2B industry, handling mid-complexity, -value, -risk international contracts.
- Demonstrates international experience in a capital equipment/solution-driven organization.
- Exhibits cross-functional project experience and adherence to PMI/APM/PRINCE2 standards.
- Preferably hold a degree and showcase knowledge of contract law and commercial terms.
- Display strong commercial acumen, influential communication skills, and proficiency in IT, SAP, and Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Project.
- Language proficiency: Arabic (Native), French (Fluent Professional), English (Fluent Professional).
