--Casablanca/Rabat--Ref. :006157We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Conversational Designer /prompt engineer to join our client team and play a crucial role in unlocking the potential of theire AI models. You will be responsible for designing, crafting engaging and natural interactions, and optimizing prompts that guide AI systems to generate accurate, informative, and creative outputs. This role demands a unique blend of creative writing skills(design conversational flows, write dialogue, and test the experiences to ensure they're effective and user-friendly, drawing on UX principles), technical expertise, and analytical thinking to push the boundaries of AI-powered language generation.Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing Conversational Flows: Mapping out the sequence of interactions in a chatbot or virtual assistant, considering different user scenarios and potential paths.
  • Design and develop prompts for various applications, including text generation, translation, question answering, and creative writing.
  • Writing Dialogue: Creating natural-sounding and engaging dialogue for the chatbot to use in its interactions.
  • Testing and Iteration: Ensuring the chatbot functions correctly and the user experience is smooth, collecting feedback and making improvements.
  • User Research: Understanding user needs, motivations, and behaviours to inform design decisions.
  • Content Creation: Writing and curating content for chatbot responses.
  • Performance Analysis: Analysing chatbot performance data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Localization: Supporting the translation and adaptation of chatbots for different languages and cultures.
Skills:
  • UX Design Principles: Understanding of user experience design principles to create intuitive and enjoyable interactions.
  • Creative Writing: Strong writing skills to craft engaging and natural-sounding dialogue.
