Apply now!Learn more:CLUSTER DIGITAL MANAGER N&WAWe are looking for a Cluster Digital Manager for a position located in the Casablanca office and reporting to Marketing Lead N&WA.The Cluster Digital Manager for Northern & Western Africa is responsible for enhancing JTI's digital presence by crafting and executing a comprehensive digital strategy and online activation plan across the region.This role involves spearheading the development of digital consumer strategies for the Northern & Western Africa markets, ensuring alignment with the overall portfolio strategy.What you will be doing:
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with global and local needs.
  • Translate business goals into actionable digital strategies and initiatives across all consumer touchpoints.
  • Build and optimize websites, social media, and digital platforms across consumer touchpoints, and identify areas of improvement.
  • Manage and update digital content across all platforms to ensure consistency and alignment with portfolio and digital guidelines.
  • Define and track KPIs to measure effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives and optimize performance.
  • Develop and manage SEO and SEM strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
  • Optimize website content and manage paid search campaigns to ensure maximum visibility and engagement.
  • Drive CRM initiatives in identifying opportunities to enhance customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty, and foster a culture of innovation.
  • Stay Up to Date with Trends and Technologies and Regularly analyze the competitive landscape.
Requirements:
  • University degree in Marketing or Business Administration
  • At least 8 years experience in Marketing/Sales, Experience in Digital, Brand Management is a plus in a FMCG company
  • Fluent in French, Arabic & English.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement comprehensive strategies for digital brand management and marketing communications.
  • Expertise in maintaining and evolving brand identity, guidelines, and positioning across digital platforms.
  • Proven experience in managing high-volume, high-complexity projects, and multiple projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge of digital platforms, e-commerce, CRM systems, data management, and marketing automation.
  • Ability to effectively manage and resolve operational issues, including website outages, consumer complaints.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and track performance metrics
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
