- Review, troubleshoot and approve operational quality desktops, notebooks, printers, and associated peripherals.
- Install, maintain, and optimise desktop /notebook configurations at customer sites.
- Diagnoses and resolves product performance problems.
- Performs maintenance and repair services.
- Ensures customer satisfaction by advising customers on preventive maintenance and configurations which may impact product performance.
- Instructs customers in the operation and maintenance of the system.
- Experience in 2nd Line IT Windows Support
- Knowledge and experience of Windows 7/10, MS Office/ O365 Operational and configuration
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Break Fix IT Support, Desk Side Support and Install, Move, Add Change (IMAC)
- Basic TCP/IP Networking Protocols
- Coordinate activities with Help Desk, Network Services, or other IS groups.
- Fluent in English & French Languages
