- Conduct research and development in Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), heat and mass transfer, and energy storage systems.
- Develop innovative modeling approaches for hydrogen storage, adsorption processes, and composite materials.
- Apply multiphysics simulation techniques to optimize energy system performance.
- Lead the design and analysis of mechanical systems for industrial and renewable energy applications.
- Investigate thermal management and structural integrity of energy systems and mechanical components.
- Collaborate on technology maturation projects, bridging academic research and industrial applications.
- Write scientific publications, patents, and technical reports.
- Strong expertise in mechanical engineering, thermal systems, and CFD modeling.
- Experience in hydrogen storage, adsorption processes, or energy system optimization.
- Proficiency in numerical simulation tools (ANSYS Fluent or other related tools).
- Proficient in CAD modeling, including CATIA, SolidWorks, and other design software.
- Experience in project management and technology development.
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and industrial partners.
- Professional certification in CFD is a strong asset.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Doctorate in Mechanical Engineering, Energy Systems, or equivalent field.
- Masters degree in Hydrogen Technologies is a strong asset.
- More than 7 years of experience in industrial fields, R&D, or numerical simulation.
