- Manage CAD model for SWX components and support internal and external stakeholders in managing CAD models and installation studies ;
- Responsible for the requirements from mechanical aspects ;
- Lead the component mechanical design and thermal integration, design mounting and cooling strategies ;
- Optimize mechanical designs for size, weight, durability, performance and cost
- Work close with internal and external stakeholders, including, Supplier, Vehicle packaging, thermal, NVH, etc.
- Responsible for component level verification and validation
- Generates and maintains e-BOM, Part Manufacturing and analytical data within the PLM system ;
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues using diagnostic tools...
- Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field ;
- 5+ years’ experience Fundamental 3D modeling and 2D drawing skills ;
- Experience in manufacturing process of steel, aluminum, or plastic components;
- Work level knowledge of ECU module thermal simulation analysis ;
- Familiar with automotive environmental testing standards ;
- Hands-on practical experience with shop tools and prototyping ;
- High sense of independence and self-responsibility ;
- Good communication : French/English....
