You will be part of a team that drives our global sustainability strategy, ensuring that we keep ahead of rapidly evolving expectations, disclosures, and regulations to maintain a world class program.As a Lead Specialist – Sustainability Strategy, you will be responsible for:Data collection, management, and analysis for Sustainability (ESG) reporting, including but not limited to: presentations, survey responses, regulatory disclosures, and verifications.Distilling and summarizing internal and external data to provide support as needed on sustainability (ESG) objectives and initiatives.Optimizing internal procedures, particularly in developing and maintaining proper data collection and reporting controls, given systems and reporting framework maturity.Tracking performance metrics against the goals set forth in the sustainability strategySupport the ESG ratings submissions, including: reviewing requirements, preparing templates, aggregating data, completing submissions, and analyzing ratings feedbackAddress queries for ESG data or other sustainability-related topics, as directed from managementWorking with the business to develop scalable processes to collect and report on environmental data, including: greenhouse gas emissions, targets, roadmaps and solutionsProvide daily supervision for local team members, as well as advisement, guidance, or training as requested by the leadership teamFuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:
  • Have a bachelor’s degree in science, business, supply chain or related field
  • Have 5 yr experience working with interdisciplinary teams (e.g. Sustainability, Procurement Teams, Business teams, Engineering) and managing relationships/customer service with complex stakeholders
  • Have demonstrated flexibility and experience and willingness to learn and work on projects
  • Have experience with data management and report preparation
  • Have strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills
  • Have strong verbal and written communication abilities in English
