- Take ownership of the internal Odoo ERP tool, defining and driving the product vision and strategy.
- Conduct market research and gather user feedback to inform product enhancements.

- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, operations, and quality assurance, to ensure successful product delivery.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize features based on business value.
- Agile Development and Iterative Delivery:
- Implement agile methodologies to facilitate iterative and efficient product development.
- Break down product features into user stories, ensuring clear communication and understanding within the development team.
- User Experience and Adoption:
- Advocate for a seamless and intuitive user experience in collaboration with the design team.
- Develop strategies to ensure high user adoption rates and gather user feedback for continuous improvement.
- Remote Team Collaboration:
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration within remote teams.
- Leverage tools and processes to ensure remote team members are aligned with the product goals and timelines.
- Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Odoo ERP tool and regularly monitor product performance.
- Implement optimization strategies based on data-driven insights to improve efficiency and user satisfaction.
- 3 to 5 years Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager with a focus on internal ERP tools, specifically Odoo or similar systems.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
- Previous experience in a large enterprise setting, managing complex products.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience with Odoo ERP or similar platforms, understanding their functionalities and integrations.
- Familiarity with remote team collaboration tools and techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Certification in product management (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner).
