
SALES ASSOCIATE SOUTH

- Oversee and manage sales KPIs to meet sales targets and objectives
- Monitor warehouse stock availability
- Coordinate the recruitment, creation, and activation of point-of-sale (POS) materials in line with the regional coverage strategy.
- Provide coaching and support to distributor field forces through field visits.
- Maintain a consistent field presence and provide regular reports on field activities.
- Develop and follow up on tactical plans to achieve goals within the regional scope.
- Deliver regular reports on regional sales and distribution performance to management
- BTS or bachelor's degree
- Previous Internship or a one-year experience in FMCG
- Fluent in Arabic and French, Intermediate level in English
- Strong Analytical, Problem-Solving and Decision-Making skills
- Excellent Team management & Leadership abilities
- Product Knowledge and strong Sales Techniques
- Proficiency with business tools (MS Office).
- Experience in Supplier & costumer Relationship & Management skills
