We are seeking motivated and professional Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team. The role requires excellent communication skills in English, with a clear and natural British accent. You will be responsible for assisting customers, handling inquiries, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience. Responsibilities: Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat in English. Handle inquiries with professionalism and efficiency. Ensure compliance with service procedures and quality standards. Escalate complex cases when necessary and follow up to resolution. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Profil Recherché Fluency in English with a native-like UK/British accent (mandatory). Prior experience in customer service or a call center environment is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and multitask. Availability for flexible shifts (including evenings and weekends, if required).
