At AnyTech365, we are excited to announce an opening for a proactive and motivated HR Intern in Casablanca to support our Human Resources department. This role is an exceptional opportunity for someone who is eager to gain hands-on experience in HR practices and contribute to building a positive work environment.WHAT WILL YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES BE:

Provide support in managing HR-related queries from employees.
Support the HR team with the onboarding process of new hires.
Help manage employee records and data within our HR information system.
Participate in organizing company events and initiatives aimed at employee engagement.
Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
Assist in ensuring compliance with HR policies and employment laws.
Engage in projects that improve the overall employee experience.

REQUIREMENTS:

Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Full-time availability.
From 4 to 6 months.
High French and English level.
Strong desire to learn along with professional drive.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Basic understanding of HR functions and best practices.
Good organisational and time management skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding human resource matters.
