- Screen operational reporting needs, ensuring quality and identifying exceptions.
- Generate and analyze reports, providing insights to drive operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to provide feedback and recommendations on reporting.
- Conduct Time in Motion studies and consolidate data for analysis purposes.
- Maintain and optimize databases to support operational needs.
- Facilitate regular meetings to discuss system enhancements and improvements.
- Collaborate with users and developers to resolve system issues and implement enhancements.
- Conduct pre-launch system checks and assist in the roll-out of new software.
