  • Administer structured reporting schedules to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Screen operational reporting needs, ensuring quality and identifying exceptions.
  • Generate and analyze reports, providing insights to drive operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to provide feedback and recommendations on reporting.
  • Conduct Time in Motion studies and consolidate data for analysis purposes.
Effective Operational Systems Management:
  • Maintain and optimize databases to support operational needs.
  • Facilitate regular meetings to discuss system enhancements and improvements.
  • Collaborate with users and developers to resolve system issues and implement enhancements.
  • Conduct pre-launch system checks and assist in the roll-out of new software.
  • Monitor system implementation and usage, identifying exceptions and escalating as necessary.
Development and implementation of Solution:
  • Implementing and development of new IT/Analysis solutions Automate and facilitate daily processes and reports.
  • Maintain and improve reporting by implementing new solutions.
  • Customization
Effective Administration:
  • Procure new equipment as needed and support repair processes for equipment maintenance.
  • Provide ongoing information on relevant policies, processes, and procedures.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance and quality standards are met.
  • Capture and maintain project-specific data with a focus on quality and accuracy.
Effective Self-Management:
  • Maintain personal quality and productivity standards consistently.
  • Demonstrate adherence to internal procedures and adaptability to change.
  • Effectively plan and prioritize tasks to manage competing demands.
  • Exhibit flexibility in achieving objectives while responding to organizational needs.
Requirements:
  • Able to work full-time with a commitment to excellence.
  • Strong communication skills in English and French (verbal and written).
  • Proficient in MS Suite, especially Excel and PowerBI.
  • Familiarity with key programming languages such as Python, VBA, etc.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to plan, organize, and execute tasks effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to follow instructions and procedures under pressure.
  • Excellent presentation and research skills
