We are looking for dynamic Outbound Sales Executives to join our team on an exciting project with a leading energy client. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Dutch or Flemish and bring a strong background in outbound sales, ideally within the energy industry or a B2B sales environment. In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving sales conversions, engaging with prospective customers, and representing one of Europe’s top energy providers. Key Responsibilities: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers located in Belgium. Present energy products and solutions using a consultative sales strategy. Develop strong customer relationships and uncover individual needs to drive conversions. Accurately document all customer interactions and lead information in the CRM system. Consistently achieve or surpass personal and team sales goals. Work closely with internal departments to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Profil Recherché - Fluency in Dutch or Flemish is required. - Proven experience in outbound sales. - Background in the energy sector or B2B sales is highly preferred. - Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation abilities. - Availability to work during standard Belgian business hours. - Must be located in, or open to relocating to, Tangier.
