- Ensure all personnel documentation for NWA Cluster employees is prepared and that all documents are tracked, filed and maintained in compliance with the local legal framework.
- Provide support to Rewards Manager in Mobility programs administration.
- Supports budgeting process for NWA markets for the managed vendors.
- Support various reporting such as Data Quality, Turn Over reporting, etc
- Participation to various projects in People & Culture Area including but not limited to: Benefits review, Audits, Communication initiatives and other
- University Degree in Social Sciences
- Fluent in English, French & Arabic.
- Minimum 1 year working experience with payroll. Finance background is an advantage
- Advanced user of MS Office and SAP
